Post breakfast check out from hotel and move to Suroth. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, constructed by Akbar in 1569 to honor Sufi saint Salim Chisti. Akbar’s court occupied this city till it was abandoned due to non-availability of water but still in a state of perfect preservation. Continue drive to Karauli. Kanchi Sillk:The traditional occupation of Kanchipuram is silk sarees and agriculture. An estimated 5000 families is still involved in weaving silk sarees. There are 25 silk & cotton yarn industries, 60 dyeing units, 50 rice mills and 42 other industries within the Kanchipuram municipal limits. You can visit the Silk Sarees weaving centre and also may shop. If time permits you may also visit Rajiv Gandhi Memorial: The Rajiv Gandhi Memorial is a memorial to the late Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi at the site where he was assassinated at Sriperumbudur, India. Rajiv Gandhi Memorial is just five minutes on foot from Sriperumbudur bus stand. There are no holidays for this memorial. The visiting hour is between 10 am and 6 pm.
